Communications Officer An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Russian-speaking person to join a dynamic and rapidly growing management consulting company based in Edgware, London. The ideal candidate must have a University degree and excellent level of English (close to native). Key responsibilities include: - Research, identify and propose new partners, speakers, consultants and suppliers to the company management to create tailored training courses, seminars and experience exchange programs; - Cold call potential new partners and suppliers; - Organize training course and experience exchange programs from scratch; - Develop negotiation strategies with new potential partners by analyzing companies' operations; - Build new partnerships with foreign partners and suppliers from scratch as well as improve existing relations; - Prepare drafts of event agendas, experience exchange programs and training courses; - Assist with all organizational issues during various projects and experience exchange programs to ensure customer experience enhancement and delivery of high quality seminars and training programs; - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images and written) for company`s website; - Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by the company management/when required; - Participate in company development and new activities and projects. The ideal candidate will: - Have fluent spoken and written English and Russian; - Possess attention to detail, good organisational and negotiating skills; - Have strong multitasking & time management skills; - Able to maintain clear event related files and keep appropriate records of all communication and certain vital procedural detail; - Focused and calm - able to cope with the pressures of multiple deadlines and responsibility; - Computer literate - confident working in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
